E-Commerce & Content Creator Specialist

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy E-Commerce & Content Creator Specialist to manage our online store and create engaging content for graphic tablets, monitors, laptops, and related accessories. The role focuses on driving online sales, improving product visibility, and building strong brand awareness across digital platforms.

E-Commerce Management:

Upload and manage product listings (graphic tablets, monitors, laptops, accessories).

Write clear, accurate, and SEO-optimized product descriptions.

Update pricing, specifications, stock availability, and promotions.

Optimize product pages to increase conversions.

Monitor sales performance and website analytics.

Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to ensure product availability.

Content Creation:

Create engaging content (posts, reels, short videos) showcasing product features and benefits.

Produce educational content explaining product specs (RAM, processor, display type, pen sensitivity levels, etc.).

Highlight comparisons between products to help customers choose.

Create unboxing, review, and tutorial-style content.

Stay updated with tech trends and competitors.

Performance & Reporting:

Track engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Provide monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

Suggest marketing campaigns based on product launches and seasonal offers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience in E-commerce, preferably in tech or electronics.

Strong understanding of tech specifications (laptops, tablets, monitors).

Experience with Shopify, Woo Commerce, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics.

Required Skills:

Strong content writing skills (English & Arabic preferred).

Basic photo/video editing skills.

Analytical mindset.

Attention to detail in technical specifications.

Creative thinking with strong communication skills.
