In your role as E-commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for:


  • Amazon Account Management: Optimize and manage our Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts, including inventory management, order processing, performance monitoring, and policy compliance, to drive optimal sales, operational efficiency, and overall account health.
  • Listing & Content Optimization: Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images, to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
  • AMS and Performance marketing: Create and optimize AMS and performance marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize tools to analyze e-commerce metrics, sales performance, and market trends. Use MS Excel to generate insightful reports that guide strategy and improve performance.
  • Attention to Details: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of account management, from product listings to inventory levels, to minimize errors and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align initiatives and drive e-commerce growth.
  • Website Management: Manage and optimize our Shopify website, manage the workflow ensuring a seamless customer experience and operations.
