Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to oversee and optimise our online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our digital presence, drive traffic, and increase revenue. This role requires a blend of management expertise, digital marketing skills, and analytical capabilities to ensure our e-commerce platform remains competitive and aligned with business objectives.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO optimisation to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and implement email marketing, social media management, Google Ads campaigns, and B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Utilise Google Analytics and other analysis tools to monitor website performance, user behaviour, and sales metrics; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling copywriting for product descriptions, banners, and promotional content.
  • Manage project timelines using project management tools ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and website updates.
  • Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop as needed for website banners or social media posts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of IT systems related to e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and optimise their utilisation.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance on strategy execution and performance improvement.
  • Foster relationships with B2B partners to expand market reach through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all communication with customers is professional, clear, and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management, digital marketing, or e-commerce roles with a focus on online sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant IT tools.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail in product descriptions and promotional content.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, time management, organisation skills, and leadership qualities.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working within B2B environments and understanding B2B marketing principles is desirable.
  • A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pay: $47,018.80 - $56,624.79 per year
