Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Coordinator to manage and support our online sales operations on Noon and Amazon. The role involves handling product listings, monitoring sales, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Noon and Amazon seller accounts
• Handle online sales operations, order processing, and updates
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages using provided or approved responses
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and order-related queries
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and availability
• Ensure product information, images, and descriptions are accurate
• Prepare basic sales and performance reports

Requirements:

• Experience in handling Noon and/or Amazon seller platforms
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales
• Good written communication skills in English
• Ability to follow standard response templates for customer communication
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel
• UAE e-commerce experience is an advantage
