Position: Marketplace Manager

Location: KSA – Riyadh

Type: Full-time


Job Purpose

The Marketplace Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling ABYAT’s presence across online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and other regional marketplaces. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and brand visibility through effective marketplace strategy, data-driven decision-making, and strong cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end marketplace operations across multiple platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, and other regional marketplaces).
  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies aligned with ABYAT’s commercial and omnichannel objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics including sales, margins, traffic, conversion rates, and share of voice.
  • Analyze sales performance, pricing, profitability, and market trends to support data-driven decisions.
  • Manage pricing strategies, promotions, discounts, and campaigns in coordination with commercial and marketing teams.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines (content, SEO, images, and discoverability).
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
  • Align inventory availability, fulfillment, and demand planning with marketplace requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and account managers.
  • Track marketplace KPIs and generate regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across marketplace operations.
  • Support expansion into new marketplaces, categories, or regions as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and marketplace platform guidelines.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital retail (retail background preferred).
  • Hands-on experience managing major marketplace platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketplace business models, pricing dynamics, and promotional mechanics.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools; experience with analytics platforms is a plus.
