We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
