E-Commerce ( Customer Support )

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
