Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: PKR 20,000 – 25,000 per month

About the Role:

Ad Snipper is looking for 2 energetic team members to join our e-commerce operations:

• Order Confirmation Associate → Call customers and confirm their orders.
• Order Returns Associate → Handle return requests and coordinate with operations.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to grow in E-commerce and customer service.

What You’ll Do:

Make and receive customer calls.
Confirm orders or assist with returns.
Record details accurately in the system.
Provide polite, professional support.

• Good communication in basic English.
• Confident on calls and customer-friendly.
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
