E commerce Data Anlayst

We are seeking a detail-oriented E- commerce Data / Performance Analyst to oversee and analyse the performance of our e-commerce business. This role will involve building and automating performance dashboards, generating actionable insights from key business data, and collaborating across marketing, operations, and finance to drive profitability and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in tracking performance KPIs, analysing operational and financial data, and supporting leadership with actionable insights and P&L reports.

Key Responsibilities:

· Track & Report daily, weekly, and monthly profit & loss (P&L) for all e-commerce Marketplaces.

· Build and Maintain Dashboards for Stakeholders.

· Analyse account performance metrics across listings, sales, and inventory health.

· Analyse SKU-level data on pricing, refunds, inventory health, and customer returns.

· Identify revenue leakage and cost-saving opportunities across accounts and campaigns.

· Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance, teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in reporting.

· Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning related to e-commerce sales.

· Deliver insights and performance reports to stakeholders with clear recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Understanding of basic accounting and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• A positive thinker and a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
