QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate from relevant university departments (Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)

At least 1 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on performance marketing and analytics.

Knowledge of advertising tools like Google Ads, META Ads and Tiktok ads is essential.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adjust, Keyword Planner, and other analytics & planning tools.

Experience in English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of UTM parameters and deeplinking and web/app performance monitoring.

Proficient in Excel and other MS Office programs.

Strong analytical/problem solving skills.

Able to work within a team environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Management of all advertising accounts belonging to the E-Commerce team.

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Plan and execute digital branding investments according to the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with e-commerce category, owned media, influencer marketing, branding teams.

Build, plan, and implement acquisition strategies for mobile app traffic, new customers.

Report and analysis on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Work closely with the digital agencies to make sure that the job under the agency's responsibility is done correctly and completely.

Stay updated on media and performance marketing trends to continuously improve strategies.

Continuously A/B test to find new approaches based on results.

Execute market research, conduct market and competitor analysis, and create marketing strategies to accelerate business capacity

Follow up on social listening and monitoring tools, sharing insights with related teams in a timely manner.
