Job Summary
We are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence and digital sales channels. This role focuses on driving brand visibility, online revenue, and customer engagement for our perfume products across websites, marketplaces, and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing tools, and consumer behavior in the beauty or lifestyle space.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company website and online stores
- List, update, and optimize perfume products with accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability, order processing, and timely fulfillment
- Monitor online sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics
- Manage listings on third-party marketplaces where applicable
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, marketplace ads)
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with product launches and promotions
- Work with designers and content creators to develop high-quality visuals and copy
- Support influencer collaborations and online brand partnerships
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, and campaigns to improve conversions
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
Brand & Customer Engagement
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital channels
- Support customer engagement through reviews, feedback, and online communication
- Stay updated on digital trends, e-commerce tools, and fragrance market insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with website management platforms and online marketplaces
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in perfume, beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms
- Basic understanding of product photography and content creation
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
