Role Overview

We are seeking an E-commerce Director to lead and oversee our e-commerce operations in Doha. This role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in digital commerce, operations management, and customer experience. You will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing online platforms, and ensuring seamless end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee online platform performance, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead cross-functional teams in marketing, logistics, customer service, and technology.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative digital initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of online retail platforms, digital marketing, and supply chain management.
• Proven track record of driving growth and managing large-scale e-commerce operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
