E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Magento).
• Monitor online sales performance, identify trends, and prepare regular reports using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, SEO, paid ads, and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
• Ensure seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints (desktop, mobile, app).
• Handle inventory checks, stock updates, order processing, and returns management.
• Work with design teams to maintain brand consistency and create engaging product content.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
• Support customer service queries related to online purchases and coordinate resolution.
• Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
