E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall e-commerce strategy, managing product listings, optimizing user experience, driving traffic through digital marketing efforts, and improving conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing team on SEO/SEM, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, and social media promotions.
  • Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, average order value (AOV), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and post-sale support.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage platform integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Oversee e-commerce budget and ensure ROI on campaigns and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,498.32 - ₹31,139.47 per month
