E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock updates on our own e-commerce portals
  • Monitor daily online sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/operations for order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discount strategies.
  • Optimize product content for better visibility and ranking (SEO within marketplaces).
  • Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback to maintain positive ratings.
  • Track competitor pricing, trends, and promotions to suggest business strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for social media, ads, and traffic-driving activities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Magento, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,086.00 - ₹25,028.62 per month
