Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock updates on our own e-commerce portals
- Monitor daily online sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations for order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discount strategies.
- Optimize product content for better visibility and ranking (SEO within marketplaces).
- Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback to maintain positive ratings.
- Track competitor pricing, trends, and promotions to suggest business strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for social media, ads, and traffic-driving activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred).
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Magento, etc.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
