E-Commerce Executive

Position: Ecommerce Executive – Perfume Industry
Location: Industrial Area 11, Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000

We are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Executive to manage worldwide shipments of perfumes and fragrance products. The role requires ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and timely delivery to our international customers while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international and local shipments of perfumes, ensuring compliance with shipping and customs regulations for fragrance products.
• Coordinate with courier partners, freight forwarders, and warehouse staff for timely dispatch.
• Handle export/import documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates as required for perfumes.
• Update ecommerce platforms with shipment details, tracking information, and status updates.
• Resolve shipping issues, delays, or customer complaints professionally.
• Prepare shipment records, reports, and ensure proper inventory movement tracking.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, logistics, or international shipping (perfume/cosmetics industry experience preferred).
• Knowledge of shipping regulations for perfumes and restricted products is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ecommerce platforms/ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
