تبحث شركتنا الرائدة عن مسؤول لوجستيات وشحن متميز للانضمام إلى فريقنا في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، للمساهمة في تطوير وتحسين عمليات سلسلة التوريد والشحن.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية :

• إدارة عمليات الشحن الداخلية والخارجية بكفاءة عالية • بناء علاقات استراتيجية مع شركات الشحن المحلية وتطويرها

• تنسيق شحن الطلبات من المصانع والموردين خارج الإمارات

• متابعة إجراءات التخليص الجمركي للشحنات الواردة والصادرة

• إعداد وتدقيق وثائق الشحن وفق المعايير المحلية والدولية

• تتبع حركة الشحنات وضمان الالتزام بجداول التسليم المحددة

• تحليل تكاليف الشحن وتقديم مقترحات لتحسين الكفاءة وخفض التكاليف

• إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء عمليات الشحن والتوصيل

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال اللوجستيات والشحن

• معرفة شاملة بإجراءات الاستيراد والتصدير والتخليص الجمركي

• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة)

• مهارات تنظيمية متميزة والقدرة على إدارة المهام المتعددة

• مهارات تفاوضية قوية للحصول على أفضل شروط وأسعار الشحن

• إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر المكتبية وأنظمة إدارة اللوجستيات

الحزمة المالية

• راتب تنافسي: 2500 - 3000 درهم إماراتي (يعتمد على الخبرة والكفاءة)

Logistics and Shipping CoordinatorAbout the Position

Our leading company is seeking an outstanding Logistics and Shipping Coordinator to join our team in the United Arab Emirates, to contribute to the development and improvement of supply chain and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage internal and external shipping operations

• Build and develop strategic relationships with local shipping companies

• Coordinate shipments from factories and suppliers outside the UAE

• Follow up on customs clearance procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments

• Prepare and verify shipping documents according to local and international standards

• Track shipment movements and ensure adherence to specified delivery schedules

• Analyze shipping costs and provide suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Prepare periodic reports on shipping and delivery operations performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of practical experience in logistics and shipping

• Comprehensive knowledge of import, export, and customs clearance procedures

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Strong negotiation skills to obtain the best shipping terms and prices

• Proficiency in office computer programs and logistics management systems

Financial Package

• Competitive salary: 2500 - 3000 UAE Dirhams (based on experience and competency)

• Have you previously worked with systems and programs of international shipping companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, SMSA, Empost, TNT, Emirates Post, or other global shipping companies operating in the UAE?
• Have you previously managed sea or air shipping operations and successfully completed them? Please mention a specific experience where you handled customs clearance for shipments in the UAE (through Abu Dhabi or Dubai) with an explanation of the procedures you followed.
