E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing ecommerce strategies, optimizing digital performance, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform including product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to execute effective online merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Analyse sales data, traffic patterns, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor performance metrics (traffic, CTR, bounce rates, sales) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.
• Optimize product listings for SEO and improve discoverability across platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging ecommerce tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
