Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management : Build, maintain, and optimize Wix and Shopify stores, including theme customization and functionality enhancements.
- Content & Product Management :Create, edit, and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, competitive pricing, and efficient inventory management.
- Digital Marketing,: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analytics & Optimization : Monitor and analyze website performance, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
- User Experience (UX) & Customer Service : Ensure a seamless customer journey from product discovery to checkout and provide professional customer support.
- Technical Management : Troubleshoot technical issues on the platforms and ensure optimal site speed, mobile responsiveness, and smooth overall operations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, design, sales, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Required Skills
- E-commerce Platform Expertise : Proficient in both Wix and Shopify, including their respective themes, apps, and tools.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge : Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret sales and traffic data using tools like Google Analytics to drive strategic decisions.
- Technical Skills : Understanding of website development, theme customization, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Communication & Collaboration : Strong ability to work with various teams and communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Attention to Detail : Meticulous approach to product listings, content, and website updates.
- Market Knowledge : Ability to conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on current e-commerce trends.
