Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Operations: Manage listings, pricing updates, stock uploads, promotions, and A+ content on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, Instamart, Meesho.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales & transport sheets, generate weekly marketplace performance reports.
- Coordination: Liaise with warehouse, logistics partners, and marketplace support teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Advertising Support: Coordinate with consultants/agency for Amazon & Flipkart ads. Prepare reports, highlight gaps, and follow up on improvements.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues such as product suspensions, stock mismatches, pricing errors, or returns.
- Communication: Confidently interact with consultants, vendors, and internal team to drive execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on ecommerce operations (preferably FMCG or D2C brand experience).
- Strong Excel skills (bulk uploads, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Fast learner — should be able to pick up internal processes within 1–2 weeks.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Should be able to represent Zerobeli in consultant/vendor calls without hesitation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Self-driven and proactive — does not wait to be told what to do.

Pay: ₹10,054.07 - ₹35,000.00 per month
