E commerce Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, digital marketing activities, sales analysis, customer experience, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless online operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, content updates, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.) Optimize product descriptions, titles, and images for better visibility and conversion. Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, and conversion reports; identify trends and areas for improvement. Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discounts in coordination with marketing teams. Handle customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and after-sales service to ensure a positive customer experience. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Work closely with design and marketing teams to enhance online store aesthetics and brand consistency. Analyze competitors’ strategies and provide actionable insights for business growth. Track ROI of marketing campaigns and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets. Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.
