About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Business In-Charge to lead and manage our online business operations based in Ajman Free Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving e-commerce sales growth, improving website performance, and managing day-to-day digital business functions to achieve company objectives. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and growth targets. 2. Oversee daily operations of online platforms, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. 3. Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing across company website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.). 4. Analyze website traffic and sales data to measure performance and identify growth opportunities. 5. Plan and coordinate online marketing campaigns including SEO, Google Ads, and social media promotions. 6. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 7. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of industry changes. 8. Maintain strong relationships with online marketplace partners and vendors. 9. Oversee customer service and feedback processes to ensure high satisfaction and brand loyalty. 10. Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for management review. --- Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations (minimum 3 years). Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and digital marketing tools. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
