E-Commerce Executive

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize our online stores across Magento, WooCommerce, and Shopify. The ideal candidate understands the technical and operational aspects of ecommerce platforms and has hands-on experience handling product catalogs, content updates, promotions, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across Magento, WooCommerce, and Shopify stores.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings, categories, and content.
• Coordinate website changes, seasonal updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistent product data, pricing accuracy, and inventory synchronization across platforms.
• Work with developers and designers to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and improve site performance.
• Track website analytics, conversions, and sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Optimize user experience, checkout flow, and overall site usability to improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated with ecommerce trends, plugins, and integrations to enhance store functionality.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Magento, WooCommerce, and Shopify stores.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce workflows, including catalog management, order processing, and promotions.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and comfort working with CMS and plugin configurations.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate between technical, marketing, and operations teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SEO, PPC, or email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of product feed management (Google Shopping, Facebook Catalog, etc.).
• Understanding of payment gateways, shipping integrations, and ERP syncs.

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
