Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce (FMCG sector experience is preferred)
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada)
• Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media and CRM tools
• Sales and Growth oritented
• Analyze data and reflect it in bussiness process, result oriented
• Analytical thinking and problem problem solving skill
• Proficient in MS Office programs

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing e-commerce strategies
• Setting the company’s e-commerce goals and creating strategic plans to achieve them.
• Create a CRM strategy for DTC and personalized marketplace activations
• Effectively managing the website and marketplace stores (Amazon, Hepsiburada, Trendyol, Shopify)
• Monitoring inventory, setting accurate pricing, organizing categories, and planning campaigns.
• Planning and executing SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
• Reporting and improving sales data and customer behavior
• Optimizing product supply processes and coordinating with third-party service providers like shipping and payment systems
