E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales operations on Amazon and Noon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products, maintaining inventory, managing orders, and ensuring high visibility and conversion on both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• List and update products on Amazon and Noon with optimized content and images.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for timely inventory updates.
• Track orders, returns, and resolve customer queries or complaints.
• Analyze sales trends and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain account health.
• Work on pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to boost sales.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce (Amazon and Noon platforms).
• Knowledge of seller portals and marketplace algorithms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, inventory tools, and order management systems.
• Ability to handle tasks independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
