Job Opening: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 1,200 – 1,800 (Based on experience)

Swisschemi Detergents & Disinfectants Factory LLC is looking for a skilled E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
• Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings with images, descriptions, pricing, and keywords.
• Handle order processing, returns, replacements, and customer queries.
• Coordinate with courier companies, logistics teams, and warehouse for smooth order dispatch.
• Manage inventory, stock updates, and out-of-stock alerts across all platforms.
• Handle trade-in & trade-out processes, including coordination with suppliers and buyers.
• Work with banks for payment reconciliation, settlement issues, refunds, and transaction verification.
• Prepare sales reports, performance analytics, and growth strategies.
• Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and promotions.
• Run basic advertisements and keyword optimization on e-commerce platforms (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, platform guidelines, and Swisschemi brand policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and Shopify Admin.
• Good understanding of online ads, SEO, inventory flow, and customer service.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic accounting knowledge for reconciling payments.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sharjah.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
