Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage the order dispatch process, ensure accurate documentation, and support smooth warehouse and vendor coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely deliveries, quality assurance, and efficient procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Waybill Management
- Generate accurate waybills for all outgoing dispatches and ensure proper documentation for each shipment.
- Verify that shipment details (quantities, SKUs, destinations) align with customer orders and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all waybills for tracking and audit purposes.
2. Dispatch Coordination
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all dispatches are prepared according to the waybills.
- Track dispatch progress and confirm completion of daily delivery schedules.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between waybills, packing lists, and physical shipments before dispatch.
3. Quality Control
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all outgoing orders to ensure product accuracy, packaging standards, and presentation quality.
- Flag and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the warehouse and relevant teams before shipment.
- Maintain quality control logs to ensure consistent performance tracking.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Create, manage, and track Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Reconcile vendor invoices against GRNs and POs to ensure accuracy in procurement documentation.
- Prepare regular dispatch and procurement status reports for management review.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with the finance team for vendor payments, invoice verification, and reconciliation.
- Work with the customer service team to resolve order or dispatch-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch coordination, logistics, or procurement (preferably in eCommerce or retail).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management tools.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
