Job Title:

E-Commerce / Daraz Online Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce / Daraz Online Store Manager to oversee and manage our online sales operations on Daraz as well as our in-house online store. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Daraz Seller Center, order management, inventory control, and handling returns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels for both Daraz store and company’s own online store.
• Coordinate with warehouse or procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Regularly update product listings and availability across all platforms.
• Order & Sales Processing
• Oversee all sales operations on Daraz and the company website.
• Generate and manage invoices, ensuring all orders are processed accurately.
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Maintain accurate sales and dispatch records.
• Returns & Customer Resolution
• Manage and verify product returns and exchanges through Daraz and other sales channels.
• Liaise with courier services to handle return logistics and refunds.
• Investigate issues, resolve disputes, and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Prepare regular sales and return reports for management review.
• Monitor and optimize store performance metrics on Daraz.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven work experience managing a Daraz store (Daraz Seller Center expertise).
• Mandatory: Prior experience handling returns, courier coordination, and e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, inventory systems, and customer order cycles.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accountability.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Daraz and E-commerce operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
