Logistics Sales Executive

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PST)

Job Summary:
As a Logistics Sales Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth transportation of vehicles, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This position mainly focuses on negotiating with customers and promoting our logistics services. You will engage with clients daily through emails, chat platforms, and occasional phone calls to manage loads, share updates, resolve concerns, and ensure efficient operations. Additionally, you will contribute to meeting performance targets while optimizing routes and maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to support business growth and repeat opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers to achieve profitable outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of loads, payments, and correspondence to maintain transparency and efficiency.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication, timely follow-ups, and quick resolution of issues.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance and quality targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent command of English (mandatory).
• Prior experience in a call center or sales role is essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Maximum age limit: 30 years.
• Must possess excellent English fluency and interpersonal communication skills.
