We’re looking to rapidly scale our weekly sales within the next 4 months by increasing brand awareness, driving repeat orders, and boosting online and in-store traffic.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a marketing agency or consultant with experience in food or restaurant marketing for international or UK clients to handle our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate/company will combine creative content production, local digital advertising, and social media strategy to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and local platforms).
  • Produce or manage high-quality content creation (photos, videos, reels, posts).
  • Optimize campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and repeat orders.
  • Collaborate on local awareness initiatives (e.g., university promotions, in-store campaigns).
  • Monitor analytics and provide weekly performance reports with recommendations.
  • Suggest influencer collaborations or community marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food, restaurant, or hospitality marketing.
  • Experience handling UK or international clients, especially in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and paid ads.
  • Ability to deliver results within budget constraints and tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with takeaways or fast-food businesses.
  • Familiarity with Leicester local market or university audience.
  • Knowledge of Flipdish, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat platforms.

Deliverables / KPIs:

  • Achieve measurable growth in social media engagement, website traffic, and online orders.
  • Produce high-quality posts/reels weekly
  • Provide weekly progress updates and performance insights.
