SEO Executive

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Executive to lead and manage all our SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing comprehensive SEO campaigns, resolving technical issues, and mentoring junior team members. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone with deep expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and search engine algorithm changes
• Conduct detailed website audits to uncover and address on-page optimization opportunities
• Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and other on-page elements
• Plan and execute high-quality, diverse link-building strategies
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure they meet industry standards
• Identify and resolve technical issues impacting website performance
• Optimize website structure, crawlability, and indexation regularly
• Monitor and resolve issues through Google Search Console, and make data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with development, design, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across the board

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO techniques
• Expertise in creating diverse, high-quality backlinks
• Hands-on experience resolving technical SEO issues and managing Google Search Console
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

What We Offer

• Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Job Type: On-Site, Full-Time
• Salary: PKR 55,000 – 80,000 (finalized based on interview)
