E-Commerce Executive

Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings on multiple ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) including accurate product descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
Order Management: Monitor and process customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, accurate invoicing, and efficient delivery.
Inventory Management: Track stock levels, update inventory on online platforms, and work with the warehouse team to ensure products are available for sale.
Customer Support: Respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and handle returns and refunds in a professional manner.
Sales Optimization: Implement strategies to increase online visibility, optimize SEO, and boost conversion rates on ecommerce platforms.
Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (traffic, sales, customer behavior) to evaluate the effectiveness of ecommerce campaigns and suggest improvements.
Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, email marketing, and paid ads.
Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitor products, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive in the market.

• Manage and handle Amazon and other marketplace accounts
• Product listing, branding, A+ content, and SEO optimization
• Inventory management and order processing
• Monitor sales performance and improve online visibility
• Good knowledge of Helium 10 software (both paid and unpaid versions)

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Amazon seller tools & operations
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms & SEO best practices
• Qualification: B.Com or related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
