E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to handle online orders, product listings, customer support, and day-to-day digital sales operations. This role requires someone who understands how online selling works and can keep things running smoothly across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online orders, confirmations, packing slips, and coordinate with the dispatch team
• Upload new products with pricing, descriptions, and images
• Maintain and update listings on Daraz, Shopify, social media shops, and other marketplaces
• Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
• Track order status, returns, and follow-ups
• Maintain sales records and update inventory/stock levels
• Monitor ads, promotions, and basic online marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with accounts and warehouse teams for seamless operations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred)
• Understanding of online marketplaces and order management tools
• Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Good written communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs33,000.00 - Rs37,000.00 per month
