E-Commerce Executive

Overview:
Responsible for managing day-to-day ecommerce operations across brand website (D2C) and marketplace platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, etc. Ensures smooth product listings, order processing, catalogue accuracy, inventory sync, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listing & Catalogue Management
• Upload products with correct titles, descriptions, size charts, images, and keywords.
• Maintain brand catalogue hygiene and update price/stock regularly.
• Marketplace Operations
• Manage seller panels (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, etc.).
• Ensure timely order processing, returns handling, and stock reconciliation.
• D2C Website Management
• Update banners, offers, homepage, collections, and product pages.
• Coordinate with tech/agency for website issues or updates.
• Sales & Performance Monitoring
• Track daily sales, traffic, and product performance.
• Execute promotions, deals, and discount strategies.
• Inventory & Logistics Coordination
• Sync inventory across channels.
• Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch, packaging quality, and delivery follow-ups.
• Content & SEO Support
• Ensure SEO-optimised product content.
• Plan and upload creatives for campaigns and product pages.
• Customer Support Coordination
• Resolve customer queries, returns, and complaints in coordination with support team.
• Reporting
• Prepare weekly MIS reports: sales, returns, top sellers, slow movers, ads performance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of apparel trends, size fits, and product attributes.
• Experience with marketplace panels & ecommerce website tools (Shopify preferred).
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of ecommerce KPIs.
• Attention to detail, coordination skills, and deadline orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
