About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive who has 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing and handling online accounts on various e-commerce platforms. The ideal person should understand how to manage product listings, maintain account health, and drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain e-commerce accounts on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Daraz
• Upload and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
• Monitor account health, orders, and customer feedback
• Handle daily operations such as inventory updates, pricing, and order management
• Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis to stay competitive
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and sales events
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and growth opportunities
• Ensure full compliance with e-commerce platform policies and guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce account management
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or Daraz
• Good understanding of product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus
