Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible E-Commerce Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.

You will be responsible for product listings, order management, SEO optimization, and daily e-commerce operations to improve sales and product ranking.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing & Content

• Create and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Write titles, descriptions, bullet points, and add relevant keywords.
• Upload product images and ensure catalog accuracy.

Order & Inventory Management

• Manage daily orders, returns, and cancellations.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/packing team.

Customer & Seller Support

• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Manage product ratings, reviews, and feedback.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily sales reports and performance summaries.
• Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
