About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, digital marketing campaigns, and day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.)

Oversee drop shipping operations, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.

Maintain accurate product catalogs, including descriptions, pricing, and images.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly content, keywords, and high-quality visuals to increase visibility and sales.

Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to execute promotions and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.

Proficiency in platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify.

Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product optimization techniques.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
