The E-Commerce Channel Handler will be responsible for establishing, managing, and growing the brand’s presence across various online channels. This individual will focus on building a compelling brand identity, optimizing product listings, and creating strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales through e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Channel Strategy
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow brand presence and drive revenue across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
  • Lead the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding across all online channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Brand Building & Development
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital brand-building campaigns.
  • Manage the development and execution of product content, including product descriptions, images, videos, and other assets to ensure strong brand storytelling.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, customer feedback, and ensure a positive brand perception.
  • E-Commerce Optimization
  • Manage product listings to ensure they are accurate, SEO-optimized, and align with the brand’s message.
  • Track and analyze e-commerce performance data (sales, traffic, conversion rates) and use insights to optimize campaigns and listings.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Partnerships & Influencer Collaborations
  • Identify potential brand partnerships and influencer collaborations to expand brand visibility.
  • Manage communication and build strong relationships with online partners and influencers.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare regular reports on performance metrics such as sales, customer acquisition, and ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve brand positioning and sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
