E-Commerce Executive (Tagalog Speaker)

Job Purpose:

The job purpose is to ensure the smooth functioning of online retail operations. This role involves collaboration with various departments to optimize workflow, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Order Management:

• Process and manage online orders efficiently.
• Monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery processes.

Inventory Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and updates product availability.
• Implement inventory management best practices to prevent stockouts and overstocks.

Customer Services:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to orders.
• Collaborate with customer service team to address and resolve issues promptly.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing & finance for carrying out smooth Operational tasks.

Maintaining Confidentiality:

• Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, including but not limited to company strategies, financial data, customer lists, and proprietary technologies.

Order Fulfilment Rate:

• Percentage of orders successfully processed and shipped on time.

Inventory Turnover:

• Number of times inventory is sold and replaced within a specific period and efficiently stock management.

Order Accuracy:

• Percentage of orders shipped without errors or discrepancies.

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT):

• Customer satisfaction score with the e-commerce operations and overall experience based on their feedback/ survey.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With advanced skill in MS Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Information Systems or a related field
• Ability to extract, clean and analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Strong numerical acumen: able to interpret trends, identify outliers, build simple forecasting models or scenario analyses.
• Comfortable with other Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word) to present findings and recommendations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
