E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and skilled E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Etsy, and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Listing products on various e-commerce platforms (title, description, attributes, keywords, pricing).
• Managing catalog, product uploads, inventory updates, and listing optimization.
• Handling orders, returns, replacements, and customer queries.
• Running ads, promotions, coupons, and improving visibility.
• Competitor analysis and market research.
• Coordinating with photoshoot/content team for product shoots.
• Maintaining daily reports of sales, stock, and performance.
• Improving SEO and ranking of products on marketplaces.
• Managing Shopify store backend operations (if applicable).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Etsy, Shopify, etc.
• Understanding of listing SEO, keyword research & product ranking.
• Good command over Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, sheet management).
• Ability to handle ads, promotions & reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is a bonus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in product listing, catalog management, and e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce management (preferred).
• 12th Pass or Graduated both Are Suitable.
