E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a results-driven, highly organized Female E-Commerce Specialist to manage and scale our presence across major regional platforms, specifically Amazon.ae and Noon.com.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE e-commerce landscape, a proven track record of increasing sales velocity, and the technical "know-how" to navigate seller backends effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Full ownership of Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
• Listing Optimization: Create and optimize high-converting product listings (SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and A+ content).
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage FBA/FBN shipments, and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent out-of-stock scenarios.
• Advertising (PPC): Set up, manage, and optimize sponsored ads to achieve a healthy ACOS/ROAS.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and promotions to stay ahead in the category.
• Customer Experience: Manage customer inquiries, returns, and reviews to maintain high seller ratings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Gender: Female (as per company requirement).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Amazon.ae and Noon.com.
• Platform Expertise: Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and platform-specific backend tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data reports and turn them into actionable sales strategies.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant plus).
• Proactive: A self-starter who can work independently and hit monthly sales targets.
