E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate must have proven experience handling product listings, order management, promotions, and performance optimization across Amazon, Tmart, and Noon platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Tmart, Noon, Careem, Deliveroo, and others.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
• Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, deals, and campaigns.
• Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Analyze competitor pricing and market trends.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
• Dark store availability and analysis
• ROI analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory experience managing Amazon, and Noon seller accounts.
• Mandatory experience managing Amazon, Tmart, Noon, Deliveroo and careem vendor accounts .
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace algorithms.
• Experience with pricing strategies, promotions, and ads is an advantage.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Salary : 6K to 15K based on experience.
