E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and support the growth of our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling marketplace platforms, product management, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. Candidates with experience in the IT industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
• Handle product listing, pricing, stock updates, and order management
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and online support
• Ensure accurate inventory synchronization across all platforms
• Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and online marketing activities
• Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends

Requirements

• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of UAE VAT and marketplace fee structures
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• IT industry experience preferred
• Maintain marketplace compliance and account health standards
