E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary


The E-Commerce Executive will manage and grow the company’s online sales channels across the UAE and GCC, including marketplaces and B2B portals. Your role involves handling IT product listings, pricing aligned with the local market, inventory coordination, and supporting digital sales growth for hardware, software, and networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace & Channel Management (UAE Focus)

Manage listings and sales on platforms such as Amazon.ae, Noon, and other regional platforms

Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions and campaigns

Ensure compliance with UAE marketplace policies and VAT requirements

2. Product Listings (IT Distribution Focus)

Create and maintain detailed listings for IT products (laptops, printers, servers, networking devices, accessories)

Upload Arabic + English content where required

Ensure accurate specs, SKU mapping, and warranty details (important in UAE market)

3. Pricing & Market Alignment

Monitor competitor pricing across UAE distributors and online sellers

Adjust pricing based on:

Import costs & currency fluctuations

UAE VAT (5%)

Market demand and promotions

Coordinate with sales team for B2B pricing strategies

4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

Work closely with warehouse (JAFZA / Dubai mainland operations)

Sync stock across ERP and online platforms

Manage backorders, lead times, and product availability

5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Handle daily order processing (B2C & B2B)

Coordinate with logistics partners (Aramex, Fetchr, etc.)

Ensure timely delivery across UAE and GCC

6. Sales Performance & Reporting

Track KPIs such as:

Revenue by channel

Conversion rates

Top-selling SKUs

Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management

Identify high-demand IT categories (e.g., gaming laptops, networking gear)

7. Customer & Vendor Coordination

Handle customer inquiries (technical + order-related)

Coordinate with vendors/brands for product data

Manage returns, warranty claims, and replacements

8. Digital Marketing & Promotions

Support campaigns during key UAE sales periods:

Dubai Shopping Festival

White Friday

Ramadan

Assist with Google Ads, marketplace ads, and email campaigns

Improve SEO for product pages

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT

2–4 years in e-commerce within UAE or GCC

Experience in IT trading / distribution is highly preferred

Technical Skills

Experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce

Strong knowledge of UAE marketplaces (Amazon, Noon)

ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting)

Preferred Knowledge

Understanding of UAE IT distribution ecosystem

Familiarity with local compliance:

VAT invoicing

Import/export processes

Basic knowledge of Arabic (advantage)

Strong attention to detail (especially product specs)

Analytical mindset for pricing and sales optimization

Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment

Coordination across sales, warehouse, and finance teams
