Job Description:

Naseem Perfumes is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about e-commerce, online customer experience, and digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
• Upload and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and promotions
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing and deliveries
• Monitor stock availability and maintain inventory updates across platforms
• Handle customer inquiries, online reviews, and order-related concerns professionally
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaigns, banners, and promotions
• Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and marketplace reports
• Ensure smooth functioning of company website and online portals
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve online sales performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management
• Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications

Preferred:

• Experience in perfume, cosmetics, or retail industry
• Knowledge of product photography/content coordination is an advantage

Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
