Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and customer service, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing across various e-commerce platforms

(Company’s Website, Amazon, Zomato etc.).

Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales.
 Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports and insights for

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely stock

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance user experience.
 Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social

Manage order processing, returns, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
 Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor//'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
 Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
 Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online advertising strategies is a plus.
