Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (Onsite Only)
Timings: Full-Time | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 per month

We are a growing e-commerce business passionate about delivering unique and high-quality products to a global customer base. As we expand our online presence across international marketplaces, we are looking for a driven E-Commerce Executive (Marketplace Specialist) to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will manage and optimize our online store(s) on leading global marketplaces. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity in listing optimization, and strategic thinking to drive sales and improve visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing Management: Create, edit, and optimize product listings with strong SEO and keyword strategies.
• Market Research: Analyze competitors and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Pricing & Promotions: Implement competitive pricing strategies, discount offers, and coupon codes.
• Advertising Campaigns: Run and optimize marketplace ads to boost visibility and sales.
• Collaboration: Work with designers and content creators to ensure engaging product images and descriptions.
• Customer Service: Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Feedback & Reviews: Monitor and respond to customer feedback to maintain a positive reputation.
• Branding: Ensure consistency in store branding, creativity, and product presentation.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing online marketplace stores (Amazon / eBay / Etsy preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, ads, and e-commerce strategies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
