E-Commerce Executive — Retail

Location: Gajumatta, Ferozpur Road, Lahore

We are looking for a proactive and organized E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across platforms such as Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce, and other marketplaces
• Upload and maintain accurate product details including descriptions, prices, images, and specifications
• Process orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with logistics and courier partners
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability regularly
• Respond to customer queries, complaints, and order issues professionally
• Plan and support promotional offers, discounts, and online campaigns
• Prepare sales reports and performance summaries
• Work closely with marketing, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred)
• Familiarity with online marketplaces and website management systems
• Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
