Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and well-organized E-Commerce Executive to oversee and expand our online sales operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, handling order processing, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily e-commerce activities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update product listings on platforms such as Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce, and other online marketplaces
• Ensure all product information, including descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications, is accurate and up to date
• Process customer orders, monitor shipments, and coordinate with logistics and courier partners
• Track inventory levels and regularly update stock availability across platforms
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues in a professional manner
• Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns
• Generate sales reports and performance analysis summaries
• Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and accounts teams to maintain smooth operational flow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred)
• Working knowledge of online marketplaces and website management systems
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
