What awaits you in this role?

We are currently looking for a E-Commerce Experience Team Member who will be in charge of building & managing e-commerce customer experience within Ford Türkiye Business Area. The position will be based on Sancaktepe, İstanbul.


What are we looking for in this position?

· Defining e-commerce customer journeys and use cases for Ford Türkiye Business area

· Defining business requirements for e-commerce customer experience and leading the Project management activities with related parties.

· Defining performance KPI’s(analytic, conversion, revenue, profit etc.) for e-commerce operation, closely tracking these KPI’s and coordinate, work together with related parties (sales, finance, accounting, information technologies etc.) to achieve these KPI’s

· Tracking the performance of Ford Second Hand web site channels.

· Preparing regular report outs about the project status to upper management

· Discuss the requirements and preparing the legal ground with legal team before and during implementing e-commerce operations

· Conducting regular benchmarks to follow the new experiences and e-commerce platforms

· Investigating improvements areas for e-commerce experience by taking feedbacks from Customer Surveys

· Managing the content and technological needs of Ford Second Hand web site, and coordinate related parties for implementation

· Investigate the Digital customer journeys of Ford Second Hand, identify the missing journeys and coordinate related parties for implementation

· Extending the variety of e-commerce customer journeys align with the brand communication strategy and upcoming products & services

Technical & Behavioural Skills and Competencies

· Accountable for providing detailed analysis for set of Key Performance Indicators (Advanced level)

· Communicate with multiple teams to gather information and provide management level summary (Advanced level)

· Proactively identifying root causes on KPI changes and provide analysis to management (Advanced level)

· Generate and maintain business decision specific reports, dashboards and analytical solutions using multiple AI/BI tools, Business Objects, and other sources (Intermadiate level)

· Strong leadership abilities and ability to influence others across functions

· Strong decision making capabilities; strong point of view and negotiation skills

· Advance Project management skills to coordinate cross functional teams

• Relocate (need to live in Istanbul or Gebze for hybrid work)
