E-Commerce Expert

We are looking for a skilled and proactive E-commerce Expert to manage our online sales channels and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Daraz, Shopify, and customer service platforms, along with the ability to plan and execute online campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Daraz Store Management:

Manage product listings, inventory updates, and ensure accuracy of store content.

Oversee and respond to customer queries via Daraz chat support.

Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.

Customer Support:

Handle customer queries and order bookings via WhatsApp and TikTok chat support.

Provide quick, professional, and solution-oriented responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

Shopify Expertise:

Create, design, and manage Shopify stores with optimized layouts and user-friendly navigation.

Manage products and inventory across online stores to ensure availability and accuracy.

Add, update, and maintain product listings with engaging and accurate descriptions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience with Daraz Seller Center and Shopify platform management.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and campaign execution.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
